I have what seems to be the unpopular opinion in that I much prefer summer clothes and I enjoy much more dressing for summer rather than the colder months. However, I am seriously loving some of this Autumn/ fall trends and I thought I would share some of my fashion and beauty favourites with you for this season.
The slogan tee
I am and have always been a massive fan of the slogan tee and although they have always been around they seem to be seriously on trend this season… they are everywhere but this doesn’t stop me liking them. One of my favourite places to shop for slogan tee’s is surprisingly Topman, I find in Topshop they are just too popular and everyone everywhere has the same tee as you. However, in Topman they have some really cool, simple designs which don’t seem as popular. Boohoo (mentioning it again) is also the perfect website for slogan tee’s as they are super affordable and they have a HUGE variety.

Oversized V necks
If you saw my last post you will have seen I wore an oversized black V neck jumper. I am absolutely loving V necks as I love wearing comfy, oversized clothing and I think the V neck makes it a lot less casual and much more interesting. You can style an oversized V neck in so many ways. I enjoy wearing them with one off the shoulder but you can style it with both shoulders covered or as a bardot style. I also like oversized V neck tshirts, I think they can look really cool especially tucked into mom jeans with a denim or leather jacket. Oversized V necks look really cool styled with big hoop earrings and a choker.

The bell sleeve
The bell sleeve seemed to go out of trend last season but it is certainly coming back this Autumn and I love it. I am loving high necks and bell sleeves just to make the top a little more sassy. I also love jumpers with bell sleeves especially in bright colours. I own a bright pink bell sleeve jumper and this styled with black jeans or a black skirt looks really cool. The bell sleeve looks really classy and can dress up such a simple outfit. I love wearing the a bell sleeve top out for a meal with chunky heels.

I am absolutely love, love loving wearing orange eyeshadow and this is something I never thought I would enjoy. I always keep my eyeshadow extremely simple with browns but recently I have branched out and started experimenting with orange eyeshadow and I am loving the look. I use a Revolution palette (which only has one orange). This actually came in a set I got for Christmas so I can’t find the link to it but I would definitely recommend the Morphe orange tone pallette (Morphe 350M 35) as it has so many burnt orange colours and I cannot wait to get my hands on it as I have only used my friends palette!

Metallic lip paints / lip sticks
I have recently purchased one of the new Barry M metallic lip kits and I could not recommend these more. I am a huge fan of red and brown lipstick and I wear lipstick on a daily basis so again I thought I would branch out and try a metallic lip paint. The Barry M lip kit comes with a lip liner and the lip paint and it stays on all day and night- it is actually quite hard to get off but this is a bonus as it means it stays on all day. It also doesn’t dry the lips out and comes in 5 different shades. My favourite being ’24 carat’ which has orange undertones and I love wearing this with the orange eye. I think the inspiration behind these is the Kylie metallic lip kit range which I personally haven’t tried due to shipping costs so I cannot recommend the Barry M lip kits enough if you too have problems purchasing the Kylie cosmetics. 24 carat definitely looks extremely similar to Kink K in the Kylie collection and I think it would be the perfect dupe.
